Went to Planet Fitness with Tim. Rode an exercise bike for 30 minutes on the Garmin. Had started it late, so adjusted here to the complete time and added the distance.

After riding, did the sprinter's start with TRX, rockers on the Bosu, reverse planks on ball, eccentric calf exercises and stretching.
