Notes

Qualitatively different experience walking today. When I started out after a couple of minutes my left heel was sore, but in a different spot - bottom inside. By the time I got to Leslie Groves it felt better and I was moving more easily and evenly. Felt looser, and wasn't hurting - did feel like it was working. I found myself walking pretty fast - close to 17:00 pace at times. At about 2.5 miles it felt like it might get sore if I didn't back off. I "backed off" which seemed to really have meant I relaxed a little, because my pace didn't change much. The area around my heel that has been swollen doesn't seem to be as swollen now. I noticed that before the walk and it is true after the walk too. I'm wondering if Chris worked a key adhesion point out yesterday or something like that.
