Better sleep last night so I felt much better today than yesterday. Left quad was still a bit tight, so switched to 6:1 run:walk and decided to make it a 5K run. That worked well. Did quad exercises and bosu followed by stretching. PT appointment with Christine tomorrow to get her help with my quads.
