Good workout with Dan Hansen. Target for 1000's was 7:04. A little slow on the second one. My left groin started hurting...backed off a little, it felt better, but I couldn't get back to goal pace. It was fine on the 800's but felt a little sore during the cool down run. Still a little sore afterwards, but not feeling injured.
