Now at 1:7 walk:run ratio. The walking period was so short that it feels like I could have done without it.
Heel was a little sore first part of first run segment and then got to feeling better the rest of the way. Post run felt fine. No problem with eccentric exercises. A little sore after doing 10 single leg raises on left side, but really not very sore.
I did start using the Diclofenac again yesterday evening. I think it might be making a difference.
