Ran most of the way with Dana Ward and Cindy Bruckner-Lea. At about 6.5 miles Mark Gerboth called (yeah Apple Watch) needing to talk to Laurie because his mom had fallen and the assisted living place needed Laurie at the hospital (or something like that.) I started to pick it up and get to Laurie when I realized I could call Dan and have him tell Laurie. When I stopped to do that Dana and Cindy went on ahead saying they would go slow so I could catch them. Ha. Once I talked to Dan I took off trying to catch them - never did but came close. Last 1.5 miles around and 8:40 pace - thus I decided to call this a fartlek run.
