Decided to run withouth walk breaks this morning. Still adapting to the Torins so I kept it short. My hip flexors (or something in their vicinity were stiff and sore from the PT exercises yesterday. Chtis gave me a new single leg squat that really works well for me. I believe she called it a split squat. One leg is to the side and up on a step so that you keep your balance well, but the other leg does the squat work. The trick is to keep your weight over the leg doing the work. I did 50 on my right leg, but I think I did shift my weight a little because my left leg also got a little tired. When I did them on the left lef I just did 25. Doing the left leg squats is when I figured out not shifting my weight to the stationary leg. I also did the single leg deadlifts. They went well! After my run I did 30 ab crunches on a ball and 10 pushups. Then the usual stretching.
