Beautiful afternoon - really a little warm for February, but nice. Took a relaxed approach today - run comfortably. I definitely run faster in the Enda Lapatets. As I got warmed up I tried to keep my stride short, turnover high, and to run light. After the run did hip hikes, ab crunches, push ups and single leg squats with the ball on the wall. Then eccentric with 40 lbs, 5 x :30 calf stretches and the rest of the stretching with 1:00 hold.
