Warm running! Was a little slow on the 600s but nailed the 200s. My legs, especially my quads, were stiff when I started the 600s. Plus there were tired still from the weekend. Wasn't able to do the strength workout yesterday, that might have helped me be looser today, and perhaps a little bit of impact from the Covid booster shot on Sunday afternoon. Did stretches after.
I continue to use Voltaren on my knees.
