Tried to run more evenly on the 1000 repeats. Worked for the most part, but I was a few seconds slow on all but one of them. For the 200 repeats, ran as fast as I could! Was within the range for them. On cool down legs were pretty tired! My legs were sore at the start. I may be running the long runs too fast. I'm pretty tired by the end of them. After the walk back home did the usual stretching.
