Treadmill walk / run to warm up before some strength training at PF. Did leg extensions, Leg presses - double and single leg, eccentric calf exercises and leg curls. All at lowest weight (or next to lowest) in the circuit area - 2 x 10 of each. Then did some Foot rocks on the Bosu.
