Not quite as hot and muggy today. Right leg was still feeling weak, but not quite as much so as yesterday. No Ibuprofen - Tylenol since yesterday morning since I am donating platelets today. Might try not taking any for a few days and see how I feel.
Stretching after - 5x:30 calves, :30 others, except 1:00 on hamstrings.
