Notes

Intervals - 4 x 400 and 4 x 200. Original workout was 4 x 1000 and 4 x 200. I was concerned that 1000 repeats was going to be too much so I modified the workout. It went well. Legs are sore after, but were fine for the workout. Did stretching after. PT appointment this afternoon.
