Wonderful afternoon run. Badger Mountain Challenge 15K in the morning. I helped at the McBee aid station for the 50 / 100 miler this morning from 8am - 1pm. Then came home, finished my lunch, picked up my stuff for tomorrow at Runners Soul, then to Costco for new Miata tires, then home and this run!
