I was happy with today. My plan was to run as far as I could, hopefully to the bottom of the mountain (32km I was told although it was 30km) and walk/run the rest. First part went well-ran 31.5km. Second part went ok-mostly walking and very little running. Best part was no injuries or niggles to speak of. I did have some stomach pains for the last 10km or so and I had a dizzy spell while going up the mountain. Small pains in both ITB's, right ankle, left heel, both hips and back but nothing that slowed me and all went away after a few km.
