Wasn't sure if my foot would let me break 40 secs so decided to see what I could do. Couldn't even do drills because the foot hurts too bad but decided to see what my hips would do. Much faster than I expected on the first one and then body gradually gave me a little more on each. Was still winded but glad I could move this quickly. Took full rest between each. Walked 100, then slow jog 100 before restarting. A nice different test but foot is not ready even though mind is.
