Notes

Legs were tired today and need to get a new pair of structures, they feel pretty flat. After getting moving the weather was great and joined the college guys for bouncy. They run much shorter and harder rest outside than inside and do an additional 5 strides so felt pretty tired on this. Added on with Brady afterwards to do the usual loop and then took a few extra loops on the soccer field at north while Kyle stopped in the port-a-potty. Still just don't feel bouncy, calves are still not strong, keep heel striking and just need to get back to playing football and basketball again to get my legs back. Need more calf strengthening. Either way, glad to get out in this great weather.
