Notes
Ran over from home to meet the group at NCC. Ended up running with the freshman for their warm-up. Tried to keep the group mostly together but there was so much disparity that I eventually dropped back to make sure everyone could see where they were going the last mile. Once I made sure everyone was good, eventually started trying a little harder to catch the front group. Had a pretty solid finish for where things have been lately.
