Notes

Jumped on the bike tonight after doing my squats and legs with the med ball as well as my med ball ab routine. Also did some other upper body lifting and the hip machine to strengthen my hip flexors. Biking felt pretty good so decided to turn it into an hour. Headed around the Cookie course a little before heading out towards Four Lakes and then over to Greene Valley and then home from there. Legs were a bit tired but aerobically felt pretty good. Weight room routine was a tough one today.
