Decent long run with the group today. Haven't been doing much running any more with my new foot issue (still kinda feels like a stress fracture up in the outside metatarsals). Decided I could try to get an hour in anyways. They headed out to Greene Valley so I joined. Foot and shoes felt better than expected but quads eventually got worse. Last 30 minutes I picked up the pace with Willy but didn't have the legs to really open up. Glad I got this in but need more consistency or less foot pain to start making gains again.
