Cool down was a jog home, decent break to switch shoes and get air, started to run again and then stopped for 10 minutes to talk to Mamerow, then finally added on a few more miles but legs were trash. Felt decent near the end but rough go today. Eventually rested and got in 350 push-ups total and 720 crunches with med ball as well as 2 sets of plyos and got a couple of sets of lifting and dead lift stuff. Rough day overall.
