Notes

Just did 45:00 on the bike today fluctuating resistance every 5 minutes doing 2 sets of that plus about 15 minutes of 1 hard 1 easy. Legs felt pretty strong but didn't want to go long so the legs are super shot for tomorrow. Finished up and got in 275 push-ups and 720 crunches with the med ball later.
