Notes

Was going to do repeats but ended up running out of time before the meeting. Hit 4:53 with no fancy close but kept fairly smooth. Hip was hurting but form felt ok. Ended up taking about a half hour or more after this before finally getting to the weight room. Joined Zach for some lifting for another 30 or 40 minutes before finally trying to finish running.
