Notes

Legs and foot feel very awkward as well as breathing and form. Decided to do this right after biking this morning, using the biking to try to open me up. Still extremely tight in the lower and upper body. Either way, out in 6:12, back in 5:23. Pretty solid for not feeling too smooth today.
