Notes

Pretty solid building run for being very tight and sore today. Foot strike did not feel good and very sore from yesterday's squats, lunges, and core routine. Out the first quarter at 7 min pace, then dropped a 6:10 and 5:50 for the next 2 miles. My last mile was 4:59 while feeling pretty rough, so the middle miles averaged 5:30 pace. Not bad for feeling so bad but much shorter of a run than I had planned or expected. Weather was a bit brisk as well.
