Notes

This run looks much faster than it was. Weather was way nicer than last week but legs felt way more tight and tired and breathing was as or more labored. Not quite sure why and my mind wasn't in the right place. Tried to make this work but didn't want to hurt the foot. Just still don't have it quite yet. Ended up needing to stop about 1.5 miles in to stretch out and take a quick breather. Ended up needing to do the same thing about 2.8 or so. Not real stoked about making no progress this week but everything is so fucking tight. Splits were 5:20, 5:17, 5:24, 5:18. Have a long ways to go.
