Ran Four Corners for the tempo today with the top guys because Al wanted us on the track instead of at the park. I kept it pretty relaxed most of the way and left myself a solid 15-25 meter gap behind when they picked it up before Gartner. I didn't want to overextend before the track-work so I let them go. I reeled them back in about halfway down Loomis and kicked it in with them, all a bit behind Brian. Felt decent on the warm-up but mixed feelings on whether or not I should have pushed more.
