Notes

Results from the bike look much better than the elliptical but my legs felt as bad or worse here. Just really tired legs but once again 5 minutes easier and 5 minutes harder rotated on the bike. Also got a good lift in today. Did a few leg machines, dumbbell press, curls, tricep pull down, squats, and hamstring curls. Tough upper body workout at least.
