Notes

Pool running today. Legs felt terrible from biking yesterday and body and lungs both struggled a lot today. Did 10 minutes easier to warm-up and then did 20 x 1 min hard, 1 min easy, then another 10 minutes cool down. This used to be a piece of cake as I could smoothly do 20 x 1 min hard 15 sec easy but not anymore. Legs, arms, and lungs all struggled today. Need to get back in shape.
