Notes
Well, after about a mile and a half, didn't really go as planned. At least Brady and Spain got their marks tonight. Just wasn't able to stick on the pack and then once I got off of that, was hard to stay focused and strong. Kept a decent clip through 5k while in no-man's land. Finally started gaining ground on Mueller miles 5 and 6 and caught him with about a mile to go. I took the lead for a couple laps, then started to fade, he took another lap or two and I tried to latch on. Kicked a lap early to not get lapped by Brady and then faded in the last lap. Only closed in like 70 or so. Definitely not what I had planned and didn't feel too great out there. In much better shape than this right now but have to start somewhere outdoors. Taught a lesson in how hard it is to focus an entire distance race outdoors once the pain sets in. Mile in about 4:50, 2miles in 9:45, 5k around 15:20-15:25, then tied up a bit.
