Notes

Legs were very tired today. Read the rest of running times today to get me through the first 40 or so minutes. Watched heart rate and leg effort the last chunk but was hoping to be able to at least get 26 in under 65 minutes. Heart rate was mostly at 160ish give or take and then climbed up to 180 at the very end trying to push to keep the mileage up. Got in a nice long stretch afterward but right hip is still jacked. I need either my foot or my hip to heal or this is going to be a miserable training year. Did some squats and lunges with Johnny before getting on the bike and then some step-ups and squat jumps. Squat jumps still weren't easy but at least got up to the higher box today for a set of 10.
