Notes

Had a solid workout today on the bike. Did 1 minute on, 1 minute off for the first 30 minutes, getting some solid fartlek efforts in. Got the heart rate up pretty high. Then just kept it nice and smooth the last 35 minutes today. Felt good to workout for that period of time at least.
