Notes

Very strong workout today, much quicker than I expected to be able to run at least. Legs were nearly as tired as I assumed they'd be after Monday's workout. The first one was tough to hold back enough to run that pace. The next couple just focused on form and keeping Brady within reasonable distance. The fourth one probably felt the best so ended up right on Brady's shoulder before he started to work the last 4. The last two were tough but stayed fluid and strong and kept dropping time. Came through the last few at the 600 in 1:40 or less, faster than most of my outdoor workouts over the years. Out in 65 mid on the last one and closed about 66 flat. Not a bad adjustment while sticking to strength work still. The other guys looked really good for the most part today, glad to see those legs starting to come around.
