Legs felt tired and sore today. Cadence still felt fairly smooth out at the Prairie Path, but putting off the run until 1 in the afternoon definitely made it a tougher run than it needed to be. Definitely was still feeling the effects of some poor decisions last night as well, but clicked off what I could for a solid aerobic recovery day. Splits on the same course as Sunday included 11:39(short 2), 6:02, 5:55, 5:51, 1:58 (extra minute out and back), 5:46, 5:50, 5:50, 10:21 (short 2). Not nearly as flowing as Sunday but not bad nonetheless.
