Well workout didn't go as smoothly as hoped but probably as well as it should at this point with my running. Jogged over to the park after doing some foot strengthening and drills. Switched shoes and got moving. Legs didn't feel that bouncy but felt smooth through the first one. Then decision was go for 4 miles at similar times to last week's 3 or less rest so I went with the latter. 2nd mile already was struggling a bit as the heat started to add up and the legs were sinking in more than hoped. After that, got rid of something on the foot b/c it was trying to blister. Got ready for the 3rd mile but definitely not recovered, felt terrible and only thing that got a respectable time was kicking it in. Pretty much stood still after the 3rd and still felt terrible when trying to start an 800. Legs were just shot, finished best I could and called it a day. Jogged back to school, ran barefoot on the infield for the rest of the cool-down and strides.
