Notes
Headed out with Kyle out to Knock Knolls and back. Headed out nice and easy and weather was pretty nice with the wind almost completely died down from yesterday. Kept things nice and smooth and mostly just chatted about stuff at the store and some team stuff. Got it going a bit more on the way back as I started to feel good. Finished up and called it a day, nice to get this in before work even though I was short on time so no stretching today.
