Notes

Building run today. Legs were super sore from yesterday's squats and lunges after the 90 minute run. Never really felt light on my feet or smooth today. Made it halfway in 22:40, then with the 2 minutes on, 1 minute off after 30 minutes made it back in 20 flat. Not too shabby for not feeling good.
