Building warm-up with the freshman today. Wasn't sure how my calf would feel so just wanted to go easy. A super slow first mile got us just a touch under 7, which means mile two was about 5:30. Picked it up a touch more the last mile as well but kept pretty smooth. Didn't want to strain that calf at all so stayed in control. Was a nice day to run and would have liked to have worked out. Probably need a day or two easy or off anyways to hopefully let this heal.
