Legs felt decent today. Felt good for the first mile but not as smooth as expected the rest of the way. Tough battle with the guys around me but ended up in 6th, not quite being able to catch Kafel. Splits I saw were 4:48 at the mile, 15:22 at the 5k, 19:55 at the 4 mile.
