May have been slower than this but don't quite recall. The roads were mostly just ice, which was gay because the weather wasn't too cold. Attempted to slip as little as possible but not much we could do about it. Ran with Carrigan, Spain, Brady today. Carrigan and Brady did a morning run and then Spain and myself tried to add on some other loops with as little ice as possible. Even managed to get a handful of pick-ups in before the roads got too slick again. Eventually called it on the pickups but my legs were feeling pretty good still at this point. Slow run mostly due to precautionary reasons but got some miles in.
