Short on time today so just built through the run a bit. Headed out on the bike path out to Washington St and back. Very humid today and it's been a long weekend. Hit the turnaround in 22 mins or so. Made it back in 19:15 without crushing much. Pushed the pace the last 400 pretty good and definitely kept it honest the rest but was never really moving all in for a tempo pace.
