Notes

Felt pretty decent on this run today foot-wise all things considered but struggled aerobically. Need this weather to get hot so the body feels decent enough to get out there more consistently. Also need to get back on that hip and glute routine and rolling more often. Legs felt beat up after this run like I just ran a marathon.
