Not sure actual speed on this and felt rough for the first 30 minutes and opened up and felt better the last chunk. Went 5 easy, 5 harder the whole time but after the first 20 minutes stopped upping the resistance on the hard part because legs weren't feeling too great. Good to get something in again.
