Not nearly as easy as I was hoping it would feel to run the time I was shooting for. I was hoping between 9:40-10:00 so the time was good but the effort was more than I'd like to exert. Not smooth out there and aerobic fitness leaves something to be desired. Consistent lap splits at least, mostly 74's and 73's. Splits I can recall are 1:13, 2:26, 4:55, 8:39 or so. Which means the last lap was about a 65 give or take. Not what I'd like but not terrible for conditions. Was damp and a bit chilly with some decent winds today but the guys up front smoked it. I believe Brady and Spain were 9:06.
