Notes

Long ride on the trainer again in the mountains. Got another 5200 feet of climbing and legs were quite cashed late as I can't seem to find a way for the resistance on the kickr to be accurate when I'm going flat or downhill on these days. Not as bad as normal so just focused on keeping smooth but took every climb jersey at some stage during my ride. Still tired and very tight afterwards but feeling a little stronger again.
