Claimed it was 13 felt like 3 outside so I dressed warm. Ended up being a bit warmer than I needed to be considering the wind wasn't too bad. Ran with Kyle after work. We headed over on my normal route over to NCC, around on Prairie a bit, and then back up Columbia for the last 15 minutes of 1 on, 1 off. Kept it smooth and relaxed at 7 minute pace for the first 3 or 4 miles. Gradually picked it up before the surges, and then averaged just over 5:30 pace for the 15 minutes of pickups and felt pretty smooth on those tonight.
