Notes

This run included 2 in 11:26 with 1 in 6:06, 2nd in 5:20 and then after being all pissed off still, added on 9 x 1 min on, 1 min off. Legs, hip and foot hurt but was just really pissed off tonight and this was my way of trying to deal with it. Finished up with 275 push-ups and 500 crunches with the med ball.
