Notes
Took a few mile loop before the race today where I hit some fast patches and then was biking off and on during the race. Was usually going hard when moving from place to place. The last couple miles were just going alongside Marisa since she couldn't breathe and had to drop out and get back to an inhaler. Good to get something in at least.
