Legs felt good again this morning. Took a few miles to build in but felt drastically better than recent Tuesdays. Headed into Herrick towards WWS. Made it down the path just shy of the underpass for the prairie path before turning around and coming back. Did fartlek/pickups most of the way back to the apartment. Got at least 10 or 12 pickups in. Legs felt very smooth and relatively strong for an easy day and a slight twinge in my right hamstring. No straining today but a good recovery run.
