Notes

Felt pretty good on this run today on the treadmill. Just finished up with an elliptical workout that was pretty tough and wanted to test my legs out again. Took a little bit to get going but ended up feeling pretty comfortable throughout most pace ranges. As I dipped under 5:30 pace it slower got tougher until the last tenth of a mile where it felt good to open up a bit more. Pretty solid run for almost feeling like I needed to puke from my lunch still being in my stomach. First mile was 6:38, 2nd mile was 5:22.
